Anthropic、Claude for Teachersを米K-12学校・学区向けに提供 AnthropicはClaude for Teachersを米国K-12のschools and districts向け無料Enterprise offeringとして提供すると発表しました。2027年6月30日までにsign upした対象組織は1年間無料で使え、SSO、role-based access controls、domain claimingを含みます。
教育AIは個別教師の利用から、学区単位の契約、権限、データ処理、利用状況管理へ進みます。学校側はFERPA-aligned commitments、student dataの扱い、overage billing、既存教材やK-12 toolsとの接続を運用要件として確認する必要があります。
01 教師個人向けから学区管理のEnterprise提供へ Anthropicは2026年8月28日、Claude for Teachersを米国K-12のschools and districts向けに無料Enterprise offeringとして提供すると発表しました。2027年6月30日までにsign upした対象組織は、1年間無料で利用できます。7月に発表したverified U.S. K-12 educators向けの個人利用から、学校や学区の管理者が組織単位で導入する形へ広げたものです。premium Claude capabilities、learning scienceに基づくteaching skills、50州のacademic standardsとの接続が含まれます。
02 SSO、権限、domain claimingで統制を寄せる 学校または学区のadministratorは、verification後にK-12 termsとstudent data privacy agreementを受け入れ、email domainとsingle sign-onを接続します。そこからeducators and staffを一つのcentrally managed organizationへ入れ、role-based access controls、domain claiming、account追加削除、policy設定、adoption把握を行えると説明されています。すでに学校domainで個人verified済みの教師は、domain captureにより中央管理accountへ移すことができます。usage limitsは個人向けと同等で、overage billingはdefaultでoffです。
03 教育データの扱いが導入可否を左右する Anthropicは、school or district-levelのK-12 TermsとData Processing Agreementを提供し、FERPA-aligned commitmentsを組織全体に適用すると説明しています。Claude for Teachers dataはmodel training purposesに使われず、student informationはK-12 Data Processing Agreementで保護されるとしています。新学期向けにはLearning Commonsと共同開発したlesson preparation、check for understandingの2つのteaching skillsも追加されます。導入側はstudent recordsの許可範囲、教材連携、管理者review、請求設定を確認する必要があります。
